I got back home yesterday evening from a wonderful vacation, the best I ever had since a long long time! I will upload soon some pictures!

Back up stairs and quilting, that is much better! I love to get up early, the house is so quiet! Today I am going to the farm, maybe they will still have strawberries...

Today started with a big storm and a lot of rain so our basement flooded again. Very bad start! So we spent 4 hours trying to take care of that and then stopped as we were exhaused... We will go back downstairs later... But wasting 4 hours does not make me happy...I can't wait to go on vacation, I am counting the days now!

Today has been a very hot day, we hit the 3 digit 100F!!!!

Here are pictures of backing of the quilts I did lately plus a quick baby gift. We had a storm but temps forgot to drop...But we have again a lot of water coming in the basement... I can't wait to go on vacation!

It has been a wonderful weather those last days, I love summer time! And I have been busy!

Last week, I had a wonderful day in Brussels with friends. We enjoyed a delicious lunch together.
I should start to organize everything for our vacation but time flies and I still have so many things I need to finish before starting packing...

I had a wonderful week end! I went to London to meet up with some friends from the US and Australia! Kathy from Texas made me a cut little bag and her friend Debby gave me that very nice card with gorgeous blue flowers ! The weather was great! We went to the V&A quilts exhibit, it was wonderful! The quilts were amazing!  Then we went to Harrods to have a look, prices were crazy but the cakes looked delicious! I also did some shopping for my kids... And I did a little sewing in the train... Back home, I opened all the packages I received from my Bday FQs swap, they are so nice! Thank you all for the great time I had! And thank you for all the Bday wishes I received!
