Yesterday I received 2 very cute blue mug rugs from Croatia!! Thank you so much Stanislova! I hope I spelled correctly your name! If you happen to read my blog, could you send me your blod's addy, I can't figure what I am reading wrong... So sorry, I might need glasses soon! I then remembered to send mine, I added some goodies hoping she will forgive me to be a little late... They are going overseas, I hope they'll have a safe trip and arrive soon! Have a great Sunday!

I am so excited, I just received Jennifer's latest book! I can't wait to find time to read it!

Last week I went to Germany as Bonnie Hunter was there teaching and giving lectures. I was with Carolyn from Maine who was visiting me at that time. We had so much fun! It has been also a great opportunity to meet with Brigitte who lives 2 hours from there. I didn't take the workshop as I was with my kids but we visited the Mercedes Museum and the Ritter chocolate factory! Yum! Yum! Bonnie showed us quilts from her latest book, just wonderful! I want to make them all!

 

After we returned, with Carolyn we went to visit Versailles. The weather was good and we had a great time!

Hi, I hope you are having a great Presidents' day in the US!

I had fun lately quilting these!

Kids are on vacation here for the week, tomorrow we are going to the theater for the 1st time! It will be fun, I hope!

I spent the end of the week at a show, l'Aiguille en Fete and did a slideshow( my first try so I hope it works) of 2 exhibits they had. One is about lace, the other one is Reiko Kato's wonderful quilts. Reiko is a very sweet lady. And I had a great time helping Mary Koval.
