I am so excited, I just received Jennifer's latest book! I can't wait to find time to read it!

Last week I went to Germany as Bonnie Hunter was there teaching and giving lectures. I was with Carolyn from Maine who was visiting me at that time. We had so much fun! It has been also a great opportunity to meet with Brigitte who lives 2 hours from there. I didn't take the workshop as I was with my kids but we visited the Mercedes Museum and the Ritter chocolate factory! Yum! Yum! Bonnie showed us quilts from her latest book, just wonderful! I want to make them all!

 

After we returned, with Carolyn we went to visit Versailles. The weather was good and we had a great time!

Hi, I hope you are having a great Presidents' day in the US!

I had fun lately quilting these!

Kids are on vacation here for the week, tomorrow we are going to the theater for the 1st time! It will be fun, I hope!

I spent the end of the week at a show, l'Aiguille en Fete and did a slideshow( my first try so I hope it works) of 2 exhibits they had. One is about lace, the other one is Reiko Kato's wonderful quilts. Reiko is a very sweet lady. And I had a great time helping Mary Koval.

Today I went to see a quilt exhibit, I wanted to share some pictures with you. Enjoy!

The other day, I had a wonderful surprise in the mail, Kathy Tracy's new book! Gorgeous pictures and wonderful projects! I can't wait to start on one of them, but it is so hard to choose which one! I love them all!

 Well, I am again fighting a cold, I can't wait for Spring! But I am lucky to have those wonderful colored quilts to play with! I am still working on Barbara Brackman's blocks, updates to follow soon!
