We recently received Rosemary Youngs latest book, and I want to start something around her books, and any 6" block so I am helping Susan to make this quilt. Here the 2 latest blocks I made... We started a binder, come at the store to take a look at it, blocks are so much fun to make! I love these books and all the stories behind!

I hope you had a great week end. Today the weather has been very nasty. This morning everything was ok but then it started to rain but the ground was so cold that the rain turned into ice immediately, very very slippery!
We then had a false fire alarm tonight, very loud!!!

I finished piecing that little runner, it went together very smoothly, I love it!

Luckily the snow was gone and it wasn't raining!
Now I can say it is on its way! Yeah!

It has been a very very busy week! I had to take care of all the paper work for my move, which is not simple, but is done now. Well I hope they have everything as they are coming tomorrow Wednesday to pick up my stuff! And you can't imagine how many little things made the process quite complicated. But I won't go there... It is done!
It will start its journey of about 5 to 6 weeks, I hope nothing wrong happens while loading and unloading the container...I can't wait!!!

In the mean time, I tried to accomplish a little, I made these 2 cute doll quilts as I want to start a Doll Quilt Club at the store. So we will have a doll quilt done each month!

This is the last quilt I quilted in December.
It has been a long day today, I can't wait for tomorrow to come!
Nothing is easy and nothing goes smoothly but hopefully it will get easier little by little...

I needed something to carry my groceries from the car to my place, I found this! It fits perfectly, don't you think?

I quilted this one also before moving, I can't wait to have my machine... Maybe in March, I have to be patient!
