Today has been a good day! I finished 3 blocks to contribute at a friend's quilt plus I have been working on a Lori Smith block in wool. I really love working with wool, the only thing that bother me is that it can't be washed... So it will be only used as a display quilt... But it is so nice! Love it!

Today I made another cute Lemoyne star,I love them all! I finally started reading Jennifer Chiaverini's latest book, it is hard to put it down... Have a great Sunday!

The other day I found a fabric that was perfect I think to put togeether my rows from a previous swap so I worked on it and the top is done!
This afternoon, I am taking the kids to watch Avatar...

I have been quilting yesterday and worked on a very cute one called Kittens tale by Linette Anderson, the top was not completly done but she needed it to be quilted quickly so she will finish it later...
And a friend of mine just had a baby boy so I decided to put together blocks I received from a swap, and it turned out to make a beautiful baby quilt. I hope she will love it! And I think I never added a picture of the applique block I did for another swap so here it is! Thank you for all your warm comments on my previous posts, they always make my day!

I am still hand stitching some more Lemoyne stars, I am addicted! They are so nice!

The other day, I helped a friend making Halloween stars, aren't they nice? And with another friend I started working on Sarah's sampler from Jennifer Chiaverini's book, I think it is going to be a red and white quilt...

Hi, I have finished another set of Lemoyne stars, I really love them! I finished quilting 2 quilts, one with stars and the other one, the pattern is Belle Meade from Bonnie Blue, I really really love that one! The fabrics are gorgeous!
It is still cold outside so it is good idea to bake to warm up the kitchen!I baked a banana bread today, yesterday I baked some chewy cookies but they have all been eaten in no time...Teenagers are always hungry!

Hand sewing therapy with Cindy Blackberg's stamps, the blocks are coming out perfectly. I love that method!

She is gone, hit by a car. My poor little kitty... A very sad day here...

I finished another snowmen block and a row for a swap. It feels good to have some accomplishements done before the end of the year!

Yesterday we went to the Eiffel tower to celebrate the New Year! Here are some pictures, it was wonderful!
